1. What payment options do you accept?

2. Which locations do you ship to, and what are the delivery timelines and charges?
We currently ship to all major cities and towns across India.
Shipping Locations: We ship nationwide.
Delivery TimeLine: Within metro cities: 5-6 business days.
Non-metro or rural areas: 7-15 business days.
Shipping Charges:
Standard shipping costs ₹50-100 depending on location for handmade bangles.
Free shipping on all sarees.
3. Do you allow exchanges? What is the process and timeline for exchanges?
Yes, we don't allow exchanges under the following conditions:
Exchange Eligibility: The product must be unused, with original tags and packaging intact.
Exchange Window: You can request an exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Share your order ID and reason for the exchange.
Once approved, ship the item back to us.
We will dispatch the new product upon receiving the returned item.
Please note that shipping charges for the exchange may apply, depending on the circumstances.
4. Can I return a product? What is the return process and timeline?
Yes, we offer returns under the following terms:
Return Eligibility: Products must be in their original condition, with tags attached and in the original packaging, vedio of opening parcel is must.
Return Window: Requests for returns can be made within 3 days from the date of delivery.
How to Return:

Share the reason for the return and send photographs if required.
Once approved, return the product to our address.
After we receive the returned item, a refund will be processed to your payment method.
Please Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product was delivered incorrectly, damaged, or defective.
5. What if I receive a damaged or low-quality product?

Our products do not come with formal warranties but are carefully checked for quality assurance. If a problem arises due to defects in material or craftsmanship (and not misuse), we will try our best to resolve the issue.

Dry clean your saree for the first wash.
Store sarees in a cool, dry place to avoid discoloration.
Avoid spraying perfumes directly on the fabric to prevent stains.
Iron on low heat if needed.
Proper care will ensure you enjoy the elegance of Streeva for years to come!
7. How can I track my order after purchasing?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with a tracking number and courier details. You can track your order by visiting the courier's website directly or using the provided tracking number.
